Collection: Gesha Coffee
Gesha (also spelled Geisha) is widely considered the most exceptional coffee variety in the world. Originally collected from Ethiopia's Gori Gesha forest in the 1930s, the variety produces intensely floral cups — jasmine, bergamot, tropical fruit — with a tea-like body and clean, lingering sweetness.
At High Note Roasters, we specialise in sourcing and micro-batch roasting the finest Gesha lots from Ethiopia, Panama, Costa Rica, Peru, and China. Each lot is roasted in batches under 10 kg to preserve the variety's delicate aromatic compounds.
