The Founders

Our journey in specialty coffee began 5 years ago with a simple appreciation that grew into a passion. George is very geeky and never stops until he is the best in his craft. First you appreciate the taste, then you speak with barista, explore new places, and eventually you're deep into the rabbit hole and the only way is forward.
And forward means becoming a pro. So George read several books on sourcing, brewing and sensory skills, got used to his 10 brewing devices and
We travel very often and never missing the chance to explore the best coffee shops in the area. US, Asia, Europe, coffee in the forest, on a rave, always special. Some trips bring new connections and professional growth. These personal connections are the foundation of everything we do.
