Collection: Single Origin Coffee

Every coffee we roast is single origin — traceable to a specific farm, lot, and harvest. We source from Ethiopia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama, Peru, China, and Brazil, selecting lots for distinctive character and exceptional cup quality.

Single origin means transparency: you know exactly where your coffee comes from, who grew it, how it was processed, and when it was harvested. Our selection ranges from rare Gesha and Sidra varietals to classic Castillo and Catuai — all micro-batch roasted in batches under 10 kg.
